We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing and to refuse or cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.

Payment

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to ship your order within the specified timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

6.1 Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Equipment must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and components.
Opened but Unused Items: Items unboxed and inspected but not used in water or gameplay may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 10–20% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items: Used or water-exposed equipment, custom-built packages, and digital training content are non-returnable.
Return Process: Contact us at sales@watertag.com for a Return Authorization (RA). Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Defective/Damaged on Arrival: If products arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos. We will arrange replacement parts or full replacements.
International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping and any customs or duty fees.

6.2 Warranty

Falcon WaterTag Extreme equipment is covered under the following warranty:

Vests and Launchers:
- 2-Year Warrantycovering leaking parts (defects in seals, joints, or water channels not caused by misuse).
- 1-Year Warrantycovering breakage or damage to the product when such damage is not caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety instructions.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or damage resulting from improper use (including use outside intended water tag activities).

Warranty replacements are handled separately from return requests. To file a warranty claim, please contact sales@watertag.com with photos and a description of the issue.

Use of Products & Safety Disclaimer

Our products are designed for recreational use only. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper and safe use of equipment. Falcon WaterTag Extreme is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, unsafe operation, or failure to follow product safety instructions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Falcon WaterTag Extreme or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Scope: Includes damages from errors, interruptions, viruses, unauthorized access, or other failures.
