Returns and Refunds Policy for Water Tag Equipment
This policy applies to commercial customers only. Falcon Water Tag products are sold as commercial-use equipment and are not subject to consumer-specific return laws.

Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within14 days of delivery.
- Equipment must beunused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.
- All items must include original manuals, accessories, and components.
Clarify Opened but Unused
Note: Items that have been unboxed and inspected but not used in water, assembled, or visibly handled during gameplay may still be eligible for partial refund (subject to a restocking fee).

Non-Returnable Items
- Anyused or water-exposed equipment (since it’s for water-based games).
- Custom-built or specially configured packages.
- Digital training content or access to internal platforms.

Return Process
- Customer must contact support forReturn Authorization (RA).
- Return shipping is at thecustomer’s expense, unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
- Arestocking fee (e.g., 10–20%) may apply for opened but unused items.
Clarify the Warranty vs Return
Note: Warranty-related replacements for leaking or broken parts (covered under our warranty terms) are handled separately from return requests. If you’re experiencing issues with your product, please contact support for a warranty claim.

Refund Timeline
- Refunds processed within10 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items.
- Refund issued to original payment method.

Defects/Damage on Arrival
- If products arrive damaged or defective, notify within48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Replacement parts or full replacements will be arranged.
6. International Returns (Optional)
For international orders, return shipping and any applicable customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
